Big Girl in a Big World

Tomorrow is Nov 24th and it would be exactly one month since my last time in Indo. I did have a great time in Indo, esp. with my Family. They're the greatest ever.. love them soo much.. I met some friends too: rhita, komang, nunung, camen, shan2, yoke, airin, illa, merny, vina, vinny, etc. They're all doing great. Happy to catch up some news about them and proud of them all.

I do miss the people, but also the food. YESSS.. food.. I'm craving for them right nowww!! Since i came back to Karlsruhe, I haven't cooked anything good. I just bought cans or frozen food and eat them quickly or I just eat in the cafetaria/mensa.

The 3rd semester is also even worse than ever. I have 7 subjects and 6 exams are waiting for me. 3 of them are got to be done in 5 days.. what a f**king nightmare!!! I started to learn from now, eventhough I don't deny that I couldn't really concentrate on learning these days.. but everyone starts to think that I'm really a nerd..

Good thing from me to hear: God answered all my prayers. I got through those 5 exams last semester and I got a job at the Uni. About the job: I saw the announcement from the internet when I was still in Jakarta and I mailed them. They gave me 3 Tests and I should show them the results and do the interview soon as I'm back in Germany. Somehow it went smoothly and well... and I got the job!! It's not a big job.. just a normal job from the Institute of Sociology. I'm helping Prof. Pfadenhauer. She's a nice woman.. I'm glad to have a great and nice boss. I just hope that everything are going well this semester and I can do all the jobs with no difficulties.

Aha.. I have a new haircut. Well I don't know that it's gonna turn out like this, but thanks to Gunawan (You're the best.. my saviour.. muach3x).. Everyone loves my hair now, especially the bules. They're admiring my hair and say that it really suits me! hooraayy!!! no more those weirds german hairstyle!! hahahaaa..

Well.. the holiday is really over for me. I'm glad that I don't really feel so homesick now.. not like the first couple of weeks since I got here. Now I'm also thinking about what I would do in Christmas Holiday... Everyone is going away.. most of them are spending Christmas with family in Jakarta =( *jealous* and I've got to figure out something to do in Christmas.. so I won't be lonely...
